General
StrongHer is Singapore's first women-only boxing and gym fitness studio — boxing, strength and functional training under one roof, coached entirely for women.
Yes. The training floor, changing rooms and every class are for women. Junior Fight Club welcomes kids aged 5 to 12 on Saturdays.

Classes
Trial Class. It's a great way for us to understand your current fitness level, goals, and experience. You'll also get to experience our training style, learn the basic techniques, and see which class suits you best before signing up for a regular program.
None at all. Most members walk in having never thrown a punch — by the end of the first class you'll have a clean jab and cross.
Training clothes, a water bottle and a towel. Gloves and wraps are provided, and lockers and showers are ready for you.
Always. Beginners are the reason the studio exists — nobody is left behind on the bag.
Membership
Choose a monthly membership like Beast Mode ($329 monthly), a credit pack like Flex & Flow (10 credits, $459), After Hours ($169.00, Friday or Saturday, 4x / month) or Junior Boxing Fight Club ($149 monthly).
Yes, you can book a class with us before deciding which package is right for you. Our team will be happy to guide you through the available options based on your goals and preferences.
Book online or message us on the contact page. We confirm your spot and send everything you need before you arrive.
Let us know ahead of time and we'll move your session where your plan allows. Credit packs stay valid until their expiry date.
Yes. Speak to us at the studio or through the contact page and we'll switch you to the plan that fits how you're training now.
